Reservations and Cancellation -
Credit or debit card details may be required to secure an
appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment we require
at least 24 hours notice to avoid a full charge for the treatment and
one weeks notice for Packages. Pre-payment is required for all Packages.
£20
deposit for all clients' bookings -
all clients will
be required to pay a £20 deposit when booking their appointments now.
This deposit system is being put in place because we have had too many
people ring up / email to book appointments and then simply just not
turn up!
The deposit can be made by cash, cheque or by card (through PayPal) and
is to be paid as soon as possible after the booking has been made. Once
the deposit has been made, we will email or text a confirmation. Only
then will the booking be confirmed. No deposit, the appointment slot is
still open to another client to book.
(If
you book treatments and the total sum of the treatments (after
all discounts etc.) comes to £50 or more, 50% of the booking
must be paid up front to confirm the booking (excludes
Packages).
How to pay by
Paypal:
1. Log on to www.paypal.com and register (most people set up a
PayPal account through EBay).
2. Log-in to your PayPal account.
3. On the tool bar at the top of the page, click on the second
tab "send money".
4. Enter our email address (office@piaffteam.co.uk) in to the
"To" section.
5. Enter the amount. Don't forget to put a dot in between the
pounds and pence.
6. Tick the "services/other" box on the "For" section.
7. Click on "send money".
You should get a confirmation that the money has been sent plus
an email in your email box to also confirm the money has been
sent. I will also send a personal email to confirm the payment
has been made.
PAY NOW WITH PayPal STANDARD BOOKING DEPOSIT - £10.00
Arrival -
We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment
to ensure that we can take your details. Please note that it may not be possible
to accommodate late arrivals.
Contra-Indications
- Please be aware that some treatments may not be suitable for clients with
certain conditions. To avoid disappointment and for your own comfort please
check the treatments sections.
Etiquette
- As a courtesy to other clients and to preserve the peace of the Studio we
request that clients switch off their mobile phones.
Courses
- Courses are available on all treatments, please enquire at reception.
Note
- We reserve the right to raise prices and modify or discontinue treatments
without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are
met.
Gift Vouchers
- We offer gift vouchers which can be redeemed against any of our treatments* or
retail products*. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 3
months of their purchase date at studio. *Terms and
Conditions Apply: Excludes Tanning, Eyelash Extensions, Facials (after
31/12/2009) and Retail Products for all charity
vouchers.
